Kimberly White  CEO CPB

With over 20 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Kim brings an extreme wealth of knowledge about the entire revenue cycle process for healthcare providers. Her expertise and commitment to excellence has resulted in increased revenues and higher profitability for her clients.

 

She has a sincere passion for helping people and  understands the value and importance of working directly with her clients to understand their specific needs.  This has allowed her to tailor fit her services to each individual client. The industry may be the same, but the needs of each clinic are not. 

 

Kim has created a personalized approach to the professional realm by getting to know her clients, where they are currently and where they would like to be in the future.  By understanding their long-term goals, she is able to identify immediate needs and how to attain them with an overall end in mind.  Her decades of experience combined with an honest, logical approach allows providers to make intelligent, well informed decisions without a company’s ulterior motives looming in the shadows.  

 

She brings the same passion to her own company as she does each clinic by implementing ideas to increase productivity and allow a workplace where people will want to come to work—and stay.  On the clinic side, she provides the ability to redesign workflows to reduce as much non-patient care “busywork” for the Provider and allow the right people to perform the right roles. This increases productivity and helps create a culture to bring well-being to the Provider, the staff and the bottom line, which also translates to a healthier Clinic - mentally and financially. 

 

She has utilized many different industry specific software (including but not limited to AdvancedMD,  Athena, Kareo, Practice Fusion, Revolution, Office Mate, NextGen) and understands the value of integrating her skills within them to avoid costly delays. She is not sponsored by nor holds any interest in specific software companies, allowing her to have integrity in identifying any shortcomings or areas needing improvement within the system(s) her clients currently use or assist if they may want to find a new one. 

 

​Kim has developed and built her Consulting and Revenue Cycle Management company through many years of experience, proven results and an ongoing commitment to always be learning and growing. A true passion and desire to help improve efficiency and increase revenue.  This is not just a cliche phrase, it’s truly how she operates.
